Privacy Policy

01 What we collect
Name, email and (optionally) mobile number; order and payment records (card details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us); your lesson, quiz and download history; support requests. When you take the free level test we keep your name, email, optional phone and score to contact you about your result and our courses; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
02 Why we use it
To deliver courses, activate access and issue certificates; to protect content (watermarks, download logs); to provide support; and to send account-related messages.
03 Sharing
We never sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run the platform: hosting and database, payment gateway, email delivery and video hosting.
04 Certificate verification
The public verification page shows the holder's name, course and issue date to anyone who has the certificate number.
05 Retention and deletion
We keep data for the life of your account and as required by legal and accounting obligations. You can request a copy of your data or account deletion through support.
