Refund Policy

01 Free content first
Every course has one or two free lessons you can watch before buying, so you can decide whether it suits you.
02 Eligibility
A full refund can be requested within 24 hours of payment confirmation, provided you have not opened any paid lesson or file in the course. Once any paid content has been opened, the purchase is non-refundable.
03 How to request
Open a request on the Support page with the course name and reason.
04 Processing
Refunds go back to the original payment method (such as InstaPay or card); how long they take depends on the bank and payment method. Course access ends when the refund is issued.
05 Exclusions
Refunds are not available in cases of misuse or content/account sharing.
