01 Acceptance
By using FINOVA Academy or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
02 Your account
Accounts are personal and may not be shared. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts for misuse or content sharing.
03 Purchases and access
Course access is activated once the payment gateway confirms payment. Prices are in US dollars; amounts shown in other currencies are approximate. Access lasts one full year (12 months) from the date payment is confirmed.
04 Permitted use
Content and files are for personal educational use only. Copying, republishing, selling, recording or sharing with others is prohibited.
05 Certificates
A completion certificate is issued after all lessons are completed and the quiz is passed. It confirms course completion and is not a professional licence.
06 Disclaimer
Content is educational and is not financial, credit or legal advice for any specific situation.
07 Changes
We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes on the platform or by email.
08 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
